Selecting a larger 'Small Image' for Web Content overlaps fields

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a Web Content article with a small image URL
   • (e.g. Use this large legofied Mona Lisa image URL: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CSflcK2UEAAbzCy.jpg )
2. Publish the article
3. Click back in to view it

Expected result:
The image won't overlap with the fields relating to the Small Image

Actual result:
They overlap. See attached screenshot and gif.
