Activities - language key not rendering properly for various links for MB

1. Start up portal
2. Add an Activities portlet to a page
3. Add some blogs content, a few comments, a message boards category and a thread within the category, etc

Expected: the link to go to a MB category should be rendered correctly.

Actual: it is rendered as "go-to-category". Please see attached image for more details.
