• Install Liferay 6.2 EE SP14
• Create a display page for the default "Liferay"-site
• Create a basic webcontent for the default "Liferay"-site and assign it to your created display page
• Export this webcontent

• Import it to an other Liferay system
• edit the webcontent you will get encoding errors (screenshot)
