Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy the Audit EE plugin
2. Create a new user.
3. Navigate to Control Panel > Configuration > Audit Reports and check the resource ID for the 'Add' action.
4. Change the name (first, last, or middle; all are affected) of the user created in step 2.
5. Navigate back to Control Panel > Audit and check the resource ID for the 'Update' action.
6. Assert the resource ID is the editing user's ID instead of the edited user's ID
