      Removing a defined permissions scoped to a user personal site for the power user and adding it back changes the scope for all permissions of the same portlet.

      1. Navigate to Control Panel > Users > Roles > Power User
      2. Click on Define Permissions
      3. In the tree, navigate to Site Administration > Content > Documents and Media
      4. Uncheck 'Add Document' and click Save
      5. In the tree, navigate to Site Administration > Content > Documents and Media
      6. Check 'Add Document' and click Save
      7. Click on Define Permissions
      8. Assert all Documents and Media permissions are now scoped to blank
      9. Create a user with just the power user role and assert user can perform all Documents and Media permissions that have been affected.
