Cannot select new Images from Documents and Media when creating a web content

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Go to Site Administration -> Web Content
2. Add Basic Document
3. In the content field click the Image button to select an image from Image Selector.
4. In the Documents and Media tab, Drag and Drop an image from the desktop to upload it to Documents and Media.

At this point, the image should be uploaded to Documents and Media, a preview of the image should be displayed and the Accept button should be enabled so the user can select that image and it will be included as part of the web content.

However, the image preview is displayed but the image cannot be selected.
