Steps to reproduce:

• Add a portlet to a page
• Set custom title for the portlet this way:
• Define a custom title for Hebrew: Admin Test (HW)
• Save

Expected behaviour: the title is displayed right-to-left: AdminTest (HW)
Actual behaviour: the title is displayed right-to-left, but parenthesis are misplaced: (Admin Test (HW
