Message Boards - Checking the checkbox does not bring up any new actions

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Content > Message Boards
2. Add 2 new threads
3. Click on the threads' individual checkbox or the Select All checkbox

Expected result: Available actions pop up, like the Delete/Trash icon
Actual result: Checking the checkbox does not bring up any actions.
