DDL .csv export does not encode commas in the field's label

Steps to Reproduce
1. Go to Content -> Dynamic Data Lists
2. Add a new Dynamic Data List using a custom Data Definition
3. Add a text field and change it's label to be "My, Comma, Label" (without the quotes)
4. Save the Dynamic Data List.
5. Add a new record for the list
6. Export the Dynamic Data List using the CSV file extension
7. Open the CSV file and assert that "My, Comma, Label" are split across three columns
