To reproduce:
1. enable local staging on a site
2. create publish templates
3. add page to site
4. navigate to page
5. click on Publish to Live and choose Advanced Publication
6. on Publish Templates screen type in a string into the search input and press enter

Actual:
Custom screen is displayed

Expected:
Search results to be displayed on Publish Templates screen

Tested on ad3fd7707ab8a7a3fcb59aacf09e36f356cd6977
