Visual grouping of nested fields is no longer present

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Dynamic Data Lists > Manage Data Definitons
2. Add Data Definition with a Parent and a nested child field
3. Add DDL List with created Data Definition
4. Add DDL Record

Expected Result
There is visual grouping of the nested field.

Actual Result
The nested field is no longer visually grouped. However, the User can still see that the field is nested. Refer to attached images.
