App Templates aren't available after saving them

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add an Asset Publisher portlet to a page (or click to configure one of the portlets already on the page)
2. Click cog > App Templates
3. Create a name for the state of the AP portlet (formerly 'Archived Setup') > Save
4. Refresh the list of App Templates

Expected result:
The saved App Template will display before refreshing (or even after refreshing).

Actual result:
The saved App Template never displays. See attached gif.
