Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a Wiki portlet to a page
2. Add a Media Gallery portlet to a page
3. Look for the Manage Display Templates option in each

Expected result:
User can manage the display templates under the "Display Settings" tab or the "Templates" tab, but not both.
