To reproduce:
1. enable local staging on a site
2. add page
3. navigate to the page
4. add a Documents and Media portlet to the page and create a basic documentation
5. click on publish to live
6. switch to advanced publication
7. schedule a scheduled event
8. wait for the scheduler to run

Actual:
process is removed from the scheduled processes list
process is not displayed in the processes list
documents and media portlet is not published to live

Expected:
content to be published to live
executed process to be displayed in the processes list
