Description

Steps to reproduce:

Navigate to Control Panel > Sites > Sites
Click to add a Blank Site

Expected result:
Product Menu won't expand more, cutting off any UI element from view.

Actual result:
It does that. See attached gif.

Navigate to Web Content
Ellipsis > Structures
By 'Basic Web Content', click Manage Templates
