Unlocking locked account does not cause success message to display

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Add new user "usersn"
      2. Enable Lockout for Default Password Policy
      3. Log out
      4. Fail logging in with usersn 3 times to lock the account
      5. Sign in with test user
      6. Unlock the new user account

      Expected Result:
      Success message displays after unlocking locked account.

      Actual Result:
      No message displays. usersn account unlocks successfully.

      Reproduced on:
      Windows 10 + Tomcat 8.0.30 + MariaDB 10.0.23 + JDK 8 + FF 38/Chrome 48/Edge 25

      Note:
      This bug might be related to SPA as the failures coincide with the introduction of Senna.js.
