Can't roll the screen in Export/Import and Configuration Templates on the iPhone device

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      On mobile devices:

      scenario 1

      1. Login and go to Liferay site
      2. Go to the configuration of any portlet, for example, the web content display portlet.
      3. Click the Export/Import
      4. Try to roll the screen, for example, see the lar name.

      scenario 2

      1. Login and go to Liferay site
      2. Go to the configuration of any portlet, for example, the web content display portlet.
      3. Click the Configuration Templates
      4. Try to roll down the screen

      Expected Result:
      Can roll the screen to adjust the page.

      Actual Result:
      Cannot roll the screen to adjust the page. This issue could not be reproducible on Android device. This problem is severe when the screen is rotated to Landscape Orientation.

      Motorola Moto G (2nd Generation) + Android 5.0.2 + Chrome 48
      iPhone 6 + iOS 9.2 + Safari
