Classes in JAR bundled in WAR not found when converted to WAB

      Description

      Discovered whilst attempting to deploy oauth-portlet from liferay-plugins-ee/ee-7.0.x .

      When deploying the WAR into the /deploy directory, the following exception is logged:
      java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: net.oauth.OAuthProblemException cannot be found by oauth-portlet_7.0.0.1

      Not reproducible if the JARs within the war are exploded into the WAR's classes directory.
