Dropdown menus on mobile phones do not appear in the middle of the screen.

On Mobile platforms:

1. Tap a kebab menu icon that belongs to an item (for instance a kebab menu icon that belongs to a file in documents and media)
2. The dropdown menu that appears, shows the actions that can be done with this item but this dropdown menu is not in the middle of the screen as it should be.
