Issue:
Disabled dates are clickable in calendar.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start up a bundle and deploy the attached war.
2. Add a page and add disabled date porlet in the page.
3. Click in DatePickerNoWeekend field, Datepicker opens
4. Browse e.g. to 2016 March and click on 2016.03.05 which is Saturday

Expected Behaviour:
Nothing should happen. The pop up should be still there.

Actual behaviour:
The pop up closes.
