Get the mysql dump attached (where some portlets are deployed)
upgrade
navigate through sites

Expected: Announcements portlet is shown
Current: Portlets seems to be undeployed

Analyzing the resulting database we found more inconsistencies (notifications, microblogs...)

QA: Please test LPS-65201 and LPS-65212 use cases once this is merged
