Control panel menu bar has white space above

      The Control Panel has extra padding (whitespace) above it.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Load up 6.2.x
      2. Login to Liferay
      3. Goto the Control Panel and you should see a white space at the top
      Expected Behavior: No white space above control panel menu bar
      Actual Behavior: White space above control panel menu bar

      Testing:
      Reproduced in 6.2.x - fc17b1d61db1a475bb18939425bd5db485df719b
      Not reproducible in Master - 00e4750582741ba2a7f06277a1696eb96f95c0e1

      Client provided screenshots as well as his thoughts on the cause of this issue:

      The cause appears to be: originating from:

      themes/classic/css/custom_common.css?browserId=other&themeId=controlpanel
      .aui .portlet-borderless-container

      { padding: 10px 0; }

      If the padding is removed, it looks like it always did.
