Return in ios is not working properly

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to web content create a basic web content.
2. Type anything in content and click "return".

Actual result:
Cursor return to the first of the line and click again it return to the next line.

Expected result:
Cursor return to the next line.

Reproducible in ios + safari.
