Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a wiki portlet to page
2. Click "This page is empty. Edit it to add some text."
3. Add a front page
4. Check the rating stars and the Wiki comments panel

Actual result:
Rating stars overlaps with Wiki comments panel.

Expected result:
Wiki comments panel is under the rating stars.
