Apply some small changes to the Login/Sign Porlet in order to improve its user experience

In order to improve the user experience of this portlet, we decided to propose the following changes (Please see the attached images)...:

1. Sign In - main screen: This image shows how the main screen of this portlet should look like. Mainly we have to pay attention to the tab menu on the top of the portlet that allows users to change the way of signing in.

2. Sign In - User is already logged in: as its name indicates, this is what it is going to appear within this portlet when the user is already logged in. By pressing the "Sign out" link, the user logs out.

3. Forgot Password - Lightbox: This lightbox appears automatically when the user presses "forgot password" link.

4. New Account - Lightbox: As happens with the forgot password screen, this lightbox appears automatically when the user presses "create account" link from the main screen.
