As a WCM admin, I would like to create a web content structure with links to forms

I would like to be able to create a web content structure (DDMStructure) with repeatable fields grouping a "text field and a link to a form". The idea behind this requirement is to be able to create a web content that "simulates" a select field (dropdown) that the end user can use to select a form to be loaded below the web content (i.e. dropdown).
