Reindex icon doesn't disappear after reindexing has completed

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Configuration > Server Administration
2. Reindex all search indexes

Expected Result: Reindex icon disappears after reindex completes (same time as progress bar hits 100%).

Actual Result: Reindex icon stays on page until user navigates away.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 8.0.32 + MariaDB 10.0.23
