Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a basic web content with a long title name
2. View the web content

Expected results:
It should be possible to expand the title name

Actual results:
The full title name cannot be read

Another scenario:

1. Add any portlet to the page (e.g. Asset Publisher)
2. Make double click on the name to add a long title to the portlet
3. View the portlet
