If a user has a bundled app and clicks "Install" the lpkg is not deployed. Upon restart; the lpkg is not replaced.
Steps to reproduce:
- In portal navigate to Control Panel > Purchased
- Click "Update" or "Install" next to Liferay Collaboration
- Pop for restart required will appear
- Restart Portal
Liferay Collaboration will not be updated.
If a user deploy the lpkg to the deploy folder and restarts, the package will deploy properly
