Item Selector does not show correct image info when it is edited with Image Editor

Steps to reproduce

1. Add images to Document Library (if there aren`t)
2. Open Item Selector (i.e. go to Blogs > Cover Image, tab Document Library) and select an image
3. Click on the pencil icon to edit the image --> Image Editor is openned
4. Edit the image and save.

Expected result
User is redirected to the item viewer with the updated image. Image name is different from the previous one ("(1)") is appended). The info panel shows the basic image attributes (click on "info" icon)

Current result
Image name does not change, and info panel shows other image's info
