Resource Importer doesn't export translator API

    Description

      Currently, the resource importer module does not allow one to import portlet preferences other than for those that already have a translator component. By exporting the package com.liferay.exportimport.resources.importer containing the interface, PortletPreferencesTranslator, one could easily add components that provide said service to offer translation for custom portlets, thus extending the usability of the resources importer.
