Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Content Kaleo Forms Admin
2. Add New Process
3. As you create a process, view the progress bar at the top of the page

Expected Result
The progress bar should show a check for completed steps, a solid circle for steps you are currently on, and an open circle for unfinished steps. Refer to image.

Actual Result
None of the icons are rendered correctly on the progress bar.
