As a frontend developer, I would like to define folders and subfolders in resources importer for web content loaded in with my theme

    Details

      Description

Resources Importer does not currently support the ability to define folders/sub-folders for the web content to be imported along with a theme. As it stands, one would need to manually organize imported web content into the appropriate folder structure after the import has taken place.

To accomplish this, the idea is to let one lay out the folder structure in resources importer that will then be reflected in Liferay after an import takes place.

      For example:

      resources-importer
      |__ journal
      | |__ articles
      | |__ Basic Web Content
      | | |__ root-folder
      | | |__ sub-folder
      | | |__ web-content-article.xml
      | |___ ...
      |
      |__ structure
      | |__ ...
      |
      |__ templates
            |__ ...

After import, you would see "web-content-article.xml" in Liferay under folder structure "root-folder/sub-folder/"
