In empty custom field, value appears after import

(To create the lar:

1. Add the property "locales.enabled=en_US, en_GB, cs_CZ"
2. create a new blank site
3. Go to: Control Panel -> Configuration -> Custom Fields
4. Click on: Page
5. Add two Custom Fields:
6. Key: "Test" Type:" Group of Text Values"
7. Key: "Test localized" Type: "Localized Text" (scrol downfor it)
8. edit Test, add values: a, b, c
9. Go to Liferay site, Configure welcome page
10. at custom fields tab, select b value for test, leave Test localized empty
11. Export the current pages, download the lar )

Quick steps:
1. Add the property "locales.enabled=en_US, en_GB, cs_CZ"
2. check the attached lar's expando value for test localized field: it is empty
3. create a new blank site
4. import the lar

Check welcome page custom fields:
Test localized has "b" value for every localization.
