Requested resource cannot be found when viewing a rejected comment in Workflow Tasks

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a user with Admin privileges
2. Configure Workflow for Comments in Liferay > Configuration >Workflow Configuration
3. As Test, add the blogs portlet to a public page
4. Create a new blog entry
5. Logout as Test, Login as Admin User
6. Comment on the blog post
7. Logout as Admin User, login as Test
8. As Test, navigate to Test > My Workflow Tasks
9. Click Assigned to My Roles tab and assign the task to self
10. Click on the Assigned to Me tab
11. Reject the comment by clicking on the vertical ellipsis of the comment > Reject
12. After rejecting, click on the comment to view
13. On the View page, click the eye icon to view the comment
14. Click on "View in Context >> "

Expected result: Clicking View in Context should show the asset the comment was added to, or should say this comment has been Rejected.
Actual result:

 Not Found
The requested resource could not be found.

No console errors.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 8.0.32 + MySQL 5.6. Portal master GIT ID: 7a7d745411c2fc871f9a7e6299842f5664deafeb.
