DB2 Data Partitioning Tool creates empty sql files

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Start portal ee-7.0.x
      2. Create 2 virtual instances (www.able.com, www.baker.com)
      3. Add a page with a blog entry in the main instance and the 2 virtual instances
      4. Stop portal
      5. Use the partitioning tool to create control, delete, and paritioned sql files for each instance (expect 9 sql files in total)
        • java -classpath "java -classpath "db2jcc4.jar;db2jcc_license_cu.jar;com.liferay.portal.tools.data.partitioning.sql.builder-1.0.0.jar;com.liferay.portal.tools.data.partitioning.sql.builder.db2-1.0.0.jar" com.liferay.portal.tools.data.partitioning.sql.builder.Main --properties-file portal-upgrade-database.properties --schema-name administrator --company-ids 20116,31995,32618 --output-dir ./output/

      Expected Result: Created SQL files have content.

      Actual Result: 9 empty SQL files were created. No errors in console.

      Reproduced on:
      Tomcat 8.0.32 + DB2 10.1
