Knowledge Base - Selecting a default article to display throws an alert that the article was not found

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Navigate to Content > Knowledge Base
      2. Add 3 new articles
      3. Navigate back to a public page and add the Knowledge Base Display portlet
      4. Click on the vertical ellipsis > Configuration
      5. Under Setup > General > Article or Folder, click Select
      6. Select an article as Default by clicking Choose
      7. Click Save and navigate back to the Knowledge Base Display portlet
      8. View the default article

      Expected result: The chosen article is shown as default.
      Actual result: The chosen article is shown as default AND an alert message says:

      The article you requested was not found. This similar article may be useful to you.
