Description: Able to select same role multiple time while editing any user.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Logged in with admin user ([email protected])
2. Went to Control Panel > Users section and created a new user named "user1" and edited the same user.
3. Clicked on Roles tab from right hand side.
4. Selected "Administrator" Role, then selected another Role, and try to select "Administrator" Role again.

Expected result:
"Administrator" Role cannot be selected again, as it is already in selection list.

Actual result:
It can be selected.
