'Kaleo Forms Admin' gets parsed incorrectly in Hebrew and Chinese

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a Language Selector portlet to a page
2. Toggle the language to Hebrew or Chinese
3. View Product Menu > Site Administration (maybe helpful to preload this before toggling to another language

Expected result:
Kaleo Forms Admin will parse into the target languages without issue.

Actual result:
Only Kaleo Forms Admin (among the Site Admin portlets) parses incorrectly. See attached screenshots.
