Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a Web Content Article
2. Wait at least one hour
3. Navigate to the site
4. Search for the article
5. Select "Past Hour ( 0 )" (Modify date facet)

Expected result:
No results appear

Actual result:
Web content is visible
