Admin avatar displays in place of user avatar in site search

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login with admin account
2. Navigate to Control Panel > Users & Organizations
   1. Edit admin user (Test Test)
   2. Add an avatar image to the admin account user profile
3. Add a regular user
4. Navigate to the site
5. Search using the name of the regular user

Actual Result:
The search result shows the name of the regular user but with the photo of the admin user

Expected result: The name of the regular user with the default image (user's initials with a colored background) indicating no image was chosen for that user's avatar

Note: this occurs even if the added user has an avatar image
