The UI for New Polls has some issues with:

1. Choice alignment/ordering
Expected: label (a,b,c,etc.), input, action (delete)
Actual: input, action (delete), label (a,b,c,etc.)

2. Add Choice
Expected: Right aligned [ + ] button, like all other UI's
Actual: Left aligned [ Add Choice ] button

3. Only able to delete last Choice. Not sure if this is by design.
