Error while creating new Site from sitetemplate "Your request failed to complete.Please enter a unique name."

On fresh newly instaled Liferay 7 CE GA 2 + Tomcat bundle.
1.) I deploy custom theme.
2.) Then I create new site from that theme, I put name "alb" for example (theme has different name)
3.) Error "Your request failed to complete.Please enter a unique name." is thrown but there is no other sites with that name. Site is successfully created but that message shouldn't be there.
