User with Site Member role associated through a usergroup cannot access private page.

Steps

1. Start DXP bundle
2. Create a new user
3. Create a new usergroup and assign that new user
4. Go to the site membership page
5. Assign the new usergroup
6. Creat a new private page and get its URL
7. Login with the new user
8. Try to access that private page

Actual
Cannot access private page.

Expected
Can access private page as user has Site Member role.
