Git Pull Request:
Description:
End Date for the event causes confusion when selecting Ends: Never for the repeating event
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start up portal
2. Add Calendar portlet
3. Add Event
4. Check the box "repeat"
5. Select "Ends: Never"
Expected Behavior: Google Calendar does not have the labels "Start Date" and "End Date", but instead has the format: [mm/dd/yyyy] [00:00AM/PM] to [00:00AM/PM] [mm/dd/yyyy]. The "Start Date" and "End Date" labels will be changed to say "From" and "To", respectively, to avoid this confusion.
Actual Behavior: End Date for the event causes confusion when selecting Ends: Never for the repeating event
