2. Open private.lar inside the war
3. Open manifest.xml

Expected Results:

Only en_US should we shown as available locale.

The following locales are shown: es_ES,ja_JP,iw_IL,fi_FI,nl_NL,zh_CN,de_DE,en_US,ca_ES,pt_BR,fr_FR,hu_HU
