Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Content > Knowledge Base
2. Create a folder with a short name, example, "Folder1"
3. Create a second folder with a long name, example, "Knowledge Base Folder for Articles written in Markdown Format"
4. Add articles inside both folders
5. Navigate to a public page and add the Knowledge base display portlet.

Expected result: The Select Folder container should not spill out into the Contents container thereby overlapping the title.
Actual result: the select folder container overlaps with the article title that is displayed
