Deploy Lexicon Base Theme (included as attachment)
Create a site with Lexicon Base
Click on portlet options (vertical ellipsis icon on portlet topper)
Click on export/import or configuration
Popup modal shouldn't have scrollbar if main content isn't overflowing.
