As a site administrator I can specify a different friendly URL for a site (group) per locale using any unicode character

    Details

      Description

Friendly URLs for Sites(Groups) should be localisable and should work in the same way like Friendly URLs for Layouts.
      For example:
Group with the next set of friendly URLs and two available locales, EN and ES (EN is default one):
      EN: /english
      ES: /español

When user requests "/english" and his current locale is EN, he gets friendly URL "/english" with no additional redirects.
When users requests "/english" and his current locale is ES, he gets friendly URL "/español" and a standard message(like with Layouts) saying that he was redirected to "/español" since his current locale is ES, but he is able to change the locale and go to "/english".
When users requests "/es/english" he gets "/español" even if his current locale is EN, because he put the locale parameter explicitly.
When users requests an unavailable locale like "/de/english" he gets 404 error.
And if the Group has another available locale(for example, DE), but there is no friendly URL for this locale, he gets "/english" since EN is the default locale for that Group.
