Steps to reproduce

1. Create a site A
2. Add a page P to site A
3. Activate staging for site A
4. Upload a document D in site A
5. Create a web content W in site A
   1. While editing W, click on the editor button to insert an image to the content, browse the server and enter folder for site A.

Expected result

Document D is inside the folder for site A

Current result

Folder for site A is empty
